Cheddar Apple Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups flour2/3 cups sugar4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese2 eggs1 cup apple juice1/2 cup applesauce2 cups finely chipped apple
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add cheese.
Beat eggs with apple juice.
Stir in applesauce and apple.
Add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir until moistened.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 12 large muffins.
