Samosas with Phyllo

Ingredients
1/4 cup water1 tsp vegetable oil1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp curry powderpinch of chili powder2 cups diced, cooked potatoes1 can (540 ml) chick peas (keep juice)1/2 cup frozen peas6 PC Phyllo Sheets
Directions
1. Heat the water and oil in a heavy pot and add the onions, garlic, curry powder and chili powder. Cook at low heat until the onions are soft.

2. Add the cooked potatoes and canned chickpeas with juice and cook for 30 minutes. Cool and put in fridge overnight.

3. Next day, reheat the filling and put in rotis or phyllo pastry.

4. Follow instructions on phyllo sheet package for making triangles.
