Chocolate-Banana Protein Bars

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups quick cook oats1 1/2 cups nonfat powdered milk4 scoops low-carb chocolate protein powder1/2 cup cocoa1/4 cup ground flax seed1 cup sugar free coffee syrup2 egg whites, beaten stiffly1/4 cup applejuice, unsweetened1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (1 banana)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick baking spray, set aside. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine all wet ingredients and stir well. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and smooth top flat. Bake 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and top is dry and set. Cool and cut into 16 bars.
