2 lb. ground beef1 (16 oz) jar salsa1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce1 1/2 cup cottage cheese1 egg4 flour tortillas12 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Brown ground beef; add salsa and tomato sauce. Mix cottage cheese with the egg. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of beef mixture, 2 8 inch flour tortillas. Spread half of cottage cheese mixture over tortillas and half of Mozzarella cheese. Make another layer as above. Bake until cheese is starting to get brown. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
