Chicken Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 cans petite diced tomatoes2 cans kidney beans, well rinsed1 can low sodium chicken broth4 cups water1 chicken bouillon cube1 T oregano1 T Basil2 bay leaves2 cloves garlic, grated or pressed1 c zucchini, sliced1/2 c frozen lima beans1/4 c diced onion1/4 c frozen peas10 medium baby carrots, sliced1 can green beans, rinsed1/3 c small star shaped pasta
Directions
Place broth, water, bouillon cube, chicken, spices, onion and tomatoes in crock pot. Turn on high and cook until chicken is cooked through. Add remaining ingredients. Remove chicken and cut into bite sized pieces or shred. Cook until carrots are tender and pasta is cooked.
