Oriental Noodle salad

Ingredients
1/2 Chinese cabage or a savoy if preffered6 green onions ( spring onions)1pkt of changs fried noodles ( or similar) *I add some red radish,cucumber,capcicum,celery to this :)*Dressing1/4 cup of white vinegar2tbs sugar1tbs soy sauce (low sodium)1/2 tbs sesame oil1/4 cup extra light olive oil
Directions
Toss all "vegetable" ingredients together* I usually shred cabbage finely.
Combine all dressing ingedients in a pot and heat on low until sugar is dissolved.
dont dress salad with dressing or noodles untill ready to serve.
This generally serves 4 -6 people and is quite generous.
you can alter the dressing quantities to your own taste and add as little or as much as you like of the noodles --- AT my place we put the dressing in a dressing container and the noodles in a bowl and let people put on there own.
