6 oz yogurt1 cup orange juice3/4 cup milk1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or other berries)1 large frozen banana (cut into chunks before freezing)
Blend all ingredients. Add more milk or orange juice if you like thinner shakes. Stores well overnight in refrigerator.
