Pepper marmalade

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil1 onion chopped6 sliced red peppers 3 Tbsp red wine vinager1 Tbsp lemon juice2/3 cup sugar
Directions
Cook in oil the onion till soft. Add the peppers, vinager, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and cook for about 1 hour stirring once in a while.
Put in hot sterilised bottles or keep in the fridg. Keeps a long time because of the vinager.
Great with meat and lots more
