Reduced Fat Caramelized Onion Spread

Ingredients
5 C Onions, sliced1 T butter1 (8 oz) Pkg Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, thawed1/2 C Reduced Fat Mayo1/2 C Reduced Fat Sour Cream1/4 t Cayenne Pepper or more to tastesalt, optional
Directions
Cook onions in butter. Add water if needed to keep moist. Stir until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl until smooth. Put half or more of the onions in food processor and mulch to desired consistancy. Add remaining onions to mix and stir well. Chill.
