Ingredients
# Brown Rice, medium grain, 100 gms# jessy's ground beef, 0.5 serving (remove)# Peas, frozen, 100 grams (remove)1 small onion chopped
Directions
sautee peas with onions in PAM. add cooked meat & stir. wash the rice well twice then add. Stir & add salt, pepper + i stock cube + water. Let cook. makes 2 generous servings.
