Chicken w/Apples & Raisins

2 lbs chicken legs1 lb apples, chopped1 medium onion sliced1/4 cup raisins1/2 cup white wine
Brown chicken in non-stick skillet (no fat needed). Remove chicken. Saute onion in pan until soft. Add wine and raisins, and cook for a few minutes. Place in oven safe pan with chicken & apple slices. Cover and cook at 325 F for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.

Loved it! I added Rosemary and Tyme to the whole thing and it gave an awesome aroma in the house while baking! Really recommend this dish! - 11/14/07

Looks like I haven't looked up my recipe in a while :) but just had to say, what a fabulous idea! I add thyme to almost anything, the rosemary sounds wonderful, too. Will have to try next time.
