Homemade Granola w/ Coconut

1 42 oz container Old Fashioned Oats1 14oz bag coconut1 6oz bag chopped pecans1 6 oz bag sliced almonds1/2 cup packed brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground cloves3/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup honey1 tbsp. vanilla.1 6 oz package dried cranberries8 oz package dried mixed berries.

1 6oz bag chopped pecans
1 6 oz bag sliced almonds
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Mix all these ingredients in a very large bowl
Then whisk together 3/4 cup canola oil & 3/4 cup honey with 1 tbsp. vanilla.
Pour this over dry ingredients while mixing. Mix together well. Then pour into large roaster and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Very important or it will burn.
After the mixture cools add 1 6 oz package dried cranberries & 1 8 oz package dried mixed berries.
Freezes well. Store in refrigerator.
