Chickpea, cauliflower and broccoli curry

Ingredients
0.5 cup Chickpeas2 spears broccoli0.5 cup cauliflower0.25 cup onion1 clove garlic1 medium sized tomato1 tsp curry powder1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Serves 1

Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until onions are slightly brown. Add the rest of the veg, chopped tomato and curry powder and 0.25 cup water. Simmer until the tomato has broken down. Season with salt to taste.
