Vegetarian Burger - Trader Joe's Masala burger

Ingredients
2 slices of bread (spelt or other) or your choice of bunhalf an avocado (optional)1 Tbsp of Horseradish Sauce2 Tbsp raw onion (more or less, optional)1 Trader Joe's Masala Burger heatedAdditonal options:Spicy saucesTomato sliceSalsaYummy with Mango Salsa
Directions
Brown onions in Teflon pan for 5 minutes or until desired with spritz of Olive Oil (optional)
Cook Masala Veggie Burger per instructions (I do 2.5 mins in the microwave)
Use 2 slices of Avocado (optional if making only one since you can't keep the rest of the Avocado)

Toast 2 slices of bread (can use other if Gluten-free is not important) wheat, rye whatever. If using bun, heat unless fresh.

Spread the horseradish sauce on one of the slices of bread

Spread browned onion on the bread, then the avocado and the veggie burger. Cover with the 2nd slice.
