Ingredients:*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, choppedDel Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup Chili powder, 3 tbsp Salt & Pepper to tasteSmoked Paprika to tasteCayenne Pepper to taste*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Garlic, 4 cloves Brown turkey with chopped veggies. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 15 minutes. Serve as is or over a potato/sweet potato.
