Baked Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
1 can (418 grams) red salmon1/2 c chopped onion2 c crushed saltine crackers1 egg1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and coat a baking sheet with the olive oil.

Combine all other ingredients and form into patties on baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 15 and turn. Bake for the remaining 10 minutes or until desired crispness.
