Turkey Sausage with Spinach and Feta cheese

Ingredients
one lb ground turkey two fiber one english muffinsone cup fresh spinach chopped 1/4 cup of diced feta cheesesalt, pepper, red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup white wine2 tsp oiive oilworcestirshire sauce 1 TB
Directions
mix all the ingrediants and put into a long cassarole pan. I used a glass one. flatten and bake for 20 min at 3:50
cool and cut into squares. I cut them into nine pieces. They are thinner than a burger, but you can make them any way you wish.
Made this way, each is 112 calories. I served on a whole wheat bun, hallowed out to save on calories.
