Turkey Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups fresh green beans, snapped in pieces1 3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped1 cup onion, chopped2 cups cooked turkey breast, chopped1 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoon ground basil1/4 teaspoon coriander1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (for sauteing)1/2 cup milk1 can cream of chicken soup1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce4 tablespoons French's french fried onions (optional)
Directions
6 1-cup servings

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Boil green beans in a large pot with water just covering the beans. Done when tender.
3. While green beans are cooking, combine mushrooms, onions, and (precooked) turkey in a skillet coated with the olive oil. Sautee over medium heat, adding the pepper, basil, and coriander. Done when mushrooms and onions are tender.
4. in a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. pour into casserole dish.
5. Put beans and turkey mixture (all ingredients) into the casserole dish and mix well with soup mixture.
6. Put in oven for 20-30 minutes, or until heated completely through.
7. Top with french fried onions (if desired) and bake another 5 min. ENJOY!
