Ingredients

Directions
Drain and rinse 1 can of black beans
Add 1 can (2 c) chicken broth to pan
Add frozen corn, seasoning mix and boil for a few minutes to cook
Add tomato sauce and salsa, cook for a few more min.
Chop 2 oz of rotisserie chicken and add last couple of minutes
Add 1/8th cup (1 oz) cheese , stir and serve

Makes 3 cups, 2 1 1/2 cup servings
