Cranberry-Apple Relish

Ingredients
12 oz package whole cranberries1 whole orange including peel, quartered1 whole lemon including peel, quartered2 cups chunky unsweetened Apple Sauce2 T. blue agave syrup or real maple syrup
Directions
Add cranberries, orange and lemon quarters and agave syrup to blender or food processor. Blend until chunky - about the consistency of the chunky applesauce. Stir in the apple sauce. Makes eight 4 ounce servings.
