Ingredients
2 boneless/skinless chicken breast - thin strips1 yellow onion - thin strips8 oz mushrooms - thin strips1 whole bell pepper - thin strips1 tbsp. garlic - crushed, sliced, mincedsm. can black olives - sliced1 - 15 oz. can crushed or italian style stewed tomatoes1 - 6 oz can tomato pasteparmesan cheesesaltpepperItalian seasoning
Directions
saute chicken in pan, add raw veggies and saute until slightly soft, then add canned veggies and seasoning...get nice and hot, sprinkle with parmesan and serve. Excellent on shiritake noodles or egg noodles.
