Ingredients
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil3 Tablespoons Nakano rice vinegar1 teaspoon dried mustard1/2 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon kosher salt3 large cloves of garlic, pressedlemon zest to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients together in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake to agitate until the mustard is evenly suspended.

The better the quality of the olive oil, the better this dressing will taste. You may wish to adjust garlic or lemon zest to suit your own taste.

This dressing will separate and needs to be agitated before being served. It tastes better at least 24 hours after preparation, when flavors have developed. Olive oil hardens slightly when placed in refrigerator, so allow dressing to come to room temperature to agitate before serving.

I use this on any kind of vegetables, hot or cold and prefer it to butter or butter substitutes.
