12 ounces of pre-cooked chicken breast, diced3 stalks of celery chopped1/2 cup of Smart Beat30 grapes - halved (red ones look prettiest)2 Teaspoons of fresh Lemon Juice2 packets of Truvia sweetner1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Directions
Dice Chicken Breast
Chop Celery
cut Grapes in half

Mix Smart Beat, Lemon Juice, Truvia

Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss.

Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
