Joy's Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups tomato sauce3 c water1/4 Tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder3 Tb Chili Powder (for a very mild sauce or for a bit more of a kick use 1.5 TB chipotle chili powder)4 TB cornstarch
Directions
add all ingredients except cornstarch to pot, mix cornstarch with a bit of water to dissolve it. Add cornstarch mixture to sauce and bring to boil, let simmer for about 15 min to thicken.
Makes about 5 c of sauce.
