my recipe is almost the same...but i use way less OJ...
    my recipe:
100 gm of Source vanilla yougurt (30 cal/serving)
    50 gm banana (frozen)
    60-80 gm of strawberries
    50 gm of frozen raspberries
    1-2 oz of orange juice
    2-3 ice cubes
Mix in the blender, add a splash of water if it's too thick. - 11/8/09

This was good. My family liked it and I will definitely use this recipe. My 12 year old daughter even liked. Since she doesn't like breakfast, I will be using this recipe to help her get some nutrition before school. - 3/1/08

This is similar to my fav. I use less of OJ,strawberries and yogurt, but also add a few blueberries and raspberries. The berries are all frozen. Makes 2 servings. My next step will be to try with some protein powder. - 12/8/07

I love smoothies, & this is a good basic recipe. I always use frozen bananas & fruit if I can because I like my smoothies cold. If they aren't frozen, I usually add some ice. Also, I like to throw in a handful of blueberries cause they're so nutritious, as well as protein powder. - 10/12/07
