Ingredients
2 Young Coconuts, Meat and Water2 TB Chia Seeds soaked for 15 minutes in 1/2 C Water1/2 C Ice1/4 C Agave Nectar2 Tsp Vanilla extractgenerous pinch of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Sea Salt.
Directions
Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
Makes approx 32 ounces which equals one serving when you're on a cleanse. Enjoy!
