Mmebers Mark Roasted garlic and Mozzarella Sausage. 5 sliced6 cups Normandy or California frozen veggies1 small onion, sliced1 Tbls. olive Oil6 Tbls. Balsalmic Vinegar2 Tbls. Cider or Red Wine Vinegar
Place oil and vinegars in large deep skillet or electric skillet. Add sliced sausage and onion and saute'. Add frozen veggie blend and saute' for about 15 minutes or until veggies are hot throughout. Enjoy.
