Chocolate bread

Ingredients
1.5 T yeast1 stick butter, melted4 eggs, lightly beaten1 C water4 oz semisweet chocolate5 oz chocolate chips2/3 cocoa powder5 1/2 C flour
Directions
Melt semisweet chocolate with butter, cool
dissolve yeast in water, add 1 T salt if desired,
Stir all other ingredients in, till no more dry flour is visible.

allow to sit 2 hours at room temperature.
You can chill overnight at this point
form a ball by cutting off a chunk of dough, then stretching it into a ball, turning as you go..(refer to Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a day website.

Allow to rest in loaf pan, forty minutes for fresh, unrefrigerated dough, or or an hour and a half for refrigerated. Bake in preheated oven at 350, till two hundred degrees in the center of the loaf.
