Greek Egg Casserole

Ingredients
18 eggs (whites only)1.5 cups regular feta1 cup cooked spinach (4 cups raw spinach)1 white onion, diced and sauteed1 large slicing tomato, meat removed, diced1 tsp cavendar's greek seasoning
Directions
preheat oven to 350
cook onions and spinach in saute pan
mix all ingredients in large bowl and then pour into greased 8x13 pan
bake for approx. 45 min
makes 12 servings
