Beef Chow Mein

Ingredients
4 tsp cornstarch1 tsp sugar4 tsp soy sauce'1/2 lb beef tenderloin, thinly sliced1 tbsp veg. oilassorted fresh/ frozen veggies1/3 c. beef broth
Directions
Combine cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce. Marinate beef in bowl with the first 3 ingrediants. Stir fry beef, till no longer pink, remove from heat.
Reduce heat to medium. Add veggies and broth, stir fry ~ 4 minutes. Return beef to pan, cook and stir til heated thru. Serve over warm rice.
