Orzo Salad

Ingredients
Orzo Pasta, 226.7 grams Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields *15 oz can black beans, 1 serving Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup *Canola Oil, .5 cup Cider Vinegar, .5 cup Truvia Natural Sweetener, 12 serving
Directions
Stir the ingredients until sugar is dissolved, then pour over the salad. (I usually warm this to help the sugar dissolve, then let it cool before adding it to the salad.)
Makes about 10 servings.
