3 cups cooked low carb macaroni noodles1/2 small yellow onion chopped finely1 family sized bag frozen green beans1 can drained water chesnutsSchezwan sauce (1-2 servings to taste)Mango poppy seed dressing (or sesame seed dressing) 1-2 servings to taste1-2 tsp ground ginger to taste3-5 tbsp soy sauce1 large can tuna packed in water drained well1/2 cup water
Placed frozen green beans in large pan with onion, schezwan sauce, water, soy sauce, dressing, ginger. Cook until beans start to soften, then add cooked macaroni noodles and tuna and mix until hot throughout. Adjust seasonings to taste.
