Lap-band Friendly: Korean BBQ Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce1/2 cup truvia1/4 cup sherry6 cloves of garlic, minced1 Tablespoons of sesame oil1/2 cup water
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan until sugar is dissolved.

Simmer over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature before using.
