lemon oregano chicken thighs

Ingredients
* *Chicken Thighs (boneless skinless), 17 oz (marinated) * *Lemon Juice (ReaLemon) 10 tsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp (remove) * Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 1 tsp (remove) * Corn Starch, 10 grams (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Garlic, 3 clove , chopped1 tbsp of wholemeal flour
Directions
sear chicken in the olive oil first very well till it browns up & remove. Add the garlic + lemon juice + chicken + flour + salt + pepper & stir. Add the stock & water & cook till it cooks through & thickens up. Use the corn starch if it's too runny. Makes 2 generous servings.
