Bean Salad

Ingredients
Directions
1.Strain beans well. and rinse with cool water. Chop onion and peppers.
2.Combine EVOO, Balsamic Vinegar, garlic, salt & black pepper. Mix well.
3.Combine all ingredients in a bowl. (I add a packet of Goya-Salad and Vegetable Seasoning to give it a kick)
4.Cover. Refrigerate until cool.
5.Enjoy!!! Makes approximately 12 one cup servings
