Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
20 oz. Extra lean ground turkey (ground turkey breast)1 can white or pinto beans - drained and rinsed1/2 cup rolled oats2 14.5 oz cans tomato sauce2 packets sloppy joe mix3/4 cup water1 tsp worcestshire sauce16 100% whole wheat Sandwich thinssliced pickles (optional)
Directions
Makes 16 sandwiches - each with about 1/3 cup filling in them.

brown ground turkey, drain if needed. Add all other ingredients except pickles and sandwich thins. Simmer uncovered about 15 minutes until desired consistency. While simmering toast your sandwich thins. Put filling and pickles in sandwich thins and you are done!
