ground beefgarlic clovebell pepperonionstewed tomatoesrice
Directions
brown ground beef with onions and garlic and drain,
cook rice as usual, set aside,
add tomatoes and beef mix to cooked rice,
hollow out pepper, stuff w/ mixture and back for 20-30 minutes
until pepper is soft

    This recipe doesn't give amounts and/or the degrees at which you bak (bake) the stuffed green pepper. I like the simplicity of the ingredients. - 6/4/12
