Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil2 lbs. stewing beef1/4 c. flour (for dredging beef)2 cans Campbells' Cream of Mushroom Soup1 pkt. Lipton Onion Soup Mix2 c. water1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Drizzle Olive Oil in hot pan. Dredge beef in flour and brown on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.

Combine all other ingredients except sour cream and pour over beef. Set slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hours.

During last 1/2 hour, stir in sour cream.

Serve over rice or pasta.
