Ham and Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
5 slices bacon, cooked 6 large eggs1 cup diced ham (I like to use leftover baked ham)1 cup Half & Half1 cup cheddar cheesePie crust, frozen, thawed, single 9"saltpepper
Directions
Beat eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.

Crumble bacon and layer it with the ham on the bottom of the pie crust. Add half of the cheese to the bottom of the pie.

Pour egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 375 for 35-45 minutes.

I usually serve this with a nice light salad. Enjoy!!!

    This is one of the best quiche recipes I have ever tasted. I chose it because I was looking for recipes to that called for cooked ham because I had a lot of leftover smoked ham. The bacon really makes it perfect. My son and daughter raved. Will definitely make this again. - 4/1/16
