Spanish Meatballs

Ingredients
6 oz. lean ground beef or ground sirloin1/2 cup onion - finely chopped8 green olives w/ pimento or without, chopped1/2 cup bell pepper - finely chopped1 tbsp garlic - finely chopped or mincedsalt & pepper to taste1 15 oz. can Mexican style stewed tomatoes or similar
Directions
combine the meat with all the other raw veggies and season, roll into 8 meatballs, fry in pan, removing any traces of fat, add stewed tomatoes and simmer until all is hot, serve. makes 2 serving of 4 meatballs each.
