Easy Indian stir fry

Ingredients
Extra firm tofu 1 package cut into small piecesChickpeas 16 oz can, drained and rinsedSpinach, 1 cup or about 1/2 of a frozen package thawedCumin, 1 tspGaram Masala, 2tspSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Stir fry tofu in water or olive oil. Add seasonings to tofu. Add chickpeas and then the spinach. Serve over any grain you like. Brown rice, cous cous, or quinoa all work well.
