Blueberry Ice Cream Fat & Sugar-Free

Ingredients
2 cups fat-free half-and-half2/3 cup Splenda1 tsp. vanilla extract8 oz. frozen non-sweetened blueberries (or substitute another frozen fruit)
Directions
Mix half-and-half & Splenda in a small saucepan and warm up to below scalding to dissolve Splenda. Pull off & allow to cool down briefly.

Blend that w/vanilla & the frozen blueberries in a blender & blend until thoroughly blended. (Awesome! I used the word blend four times in that sentence - pretty impressive...) Pour into ice cream maker following directions on maker (ours took about 18 minutes to reach a great texture).
