SALMON CAKES:1/2 cup couscous2/3 cup orange juice1 (14.75 ounce) can red salmon, drained1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry2 egg yolks, beaten2 cloves garlic, crushed1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons olive oil** you can also make a garlic mayo to go with, I omit this
