Ingredients
3 cups cabbage3 cups slice zucchini1 cup onion2 med potatoes28oz can whole tomatoes1 cup parsley1 can chickpeas7 cups water1.5 tbsp oregano
Directions
cook cabbage, onion and zucchini in oil, add water parsley and potatoes. cook 10 minutes. add beans and tomatoes. cook until veggies are tender

    This looks like a recipe we would enjoy. I think if I rinse the chick peas and use no salt tomato I can lower the sodium. - 1/7/11

    I always rinse my beans and use lower salt ingredients.
