Raw Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced1/4 large sweet onion, diced1/4 cup fresh cilantro (corriander), chopped1 clove of garlic, smashed3 tsp Marvini Chilli Pepper Paste (or sub diced hot peppers to your liking)
- Dice the tomatoes and onions and toss in a bowl
- Chop the cilantro and toss in with the tomatoes and onions. Stir well
- Add the smashed garlic and chilli pepper paste, Stir well.
- Cover and place it in the fridge for a few hours so the flavours can meld.
Makes 4 heaping half cup servings. (I like *lots* of salsa)!
