Picadillo Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves1 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 tbsp oil1 large onion2 cloves garlic1-8oz can stewed tomatoes1/3 c raisins1/4 c hot salsa8 6"-7" corn tortillas1-2 cups Monterey or cheddar cheese
Cube chicken.
Sprinkle with spices.
Saute' with onion and garlic until no longer pink.
Add tomatoes, raisins and salsa.
Reduce heat and simmer until cooked through (about 8 min).
Spoon into tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with cucumber and jicama sticks.
