Apple Crisp for One

Ingredients
1 Apple1 tsp orange juice2 tsp splenda2 tbsp corn flake cereal1 tsp promise lightlight sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions
Slice apples into small pieces & place in a small baking dish.
Sprinkle with orange juice, sugar substitute, crushed cereal & cinnamon.
Top with Promise Light
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or cook on high in microwave for 3-4 minutes).
Let sit for 2 minutes before serving.

1 serving=1 fruit, 1 fat, & 1/3 bread.
