Ingredients
Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Blend Pancake Mix - Dry, 1 cup Smart Balance Fat Free Milk with Omega-3s & Vitamin E, 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup, 14 grams Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds (28 almonds), .5 serving
Directions
Mix all your ingredients together. Pre-heat your griddle for best results. Pour 1/4 cup per serving onto griddle. Each 1/4 cup should make approx. 3, 4 inch pancakes.
I topped mine with 1 tablespoon Dickinson's Seedless Blackberry Spreadable Fruit -40 calories. But you could use Lite syrup, or just eat them plain! They are that good! YUMMY! :P
