Dill Meatballs

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 7 oz (remove)Oats, .75 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup (remove)*Brown Gravy Mix, 1 tbsp (remove)*Kroger Reduced Fat Sour Cream, 6 tbsp (remove)Dill weed, dried, 2.5 tsp
Directions
Mix beef with oats, salt, pepper, egg and 1 tsp dill. shape into meatballs. Cook in nonstick pan til browned. Drain liquid, add bouillon, gravy master. Heat til boiling. Cover and simmer 15 - 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and remaining dill.
**Serve with rice or noodles (not included in Calorie count)
