Ingredients
Japanese Noodles, Somen, 2 cupCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup *Oyster Sauce, 4 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp *Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 3 cup
Directions
Heat up oil, stir fry chopped up veggies. Add meat, noodles and sauces. Noodles come packaged ready to add. Just rinse through water to loosen them up. Cook a few minutes until everything is heated thoroughly.
